Report a correction

Email admin@terranettechnologies.com with “Correction” in the subject line. Include the TerraNet page URL, the statement you believe is wrong, an official supporting URL when possible, and the date you observed the issue.

We assess the supplied evidence, check the relevant vendor sources, and identify every comparison or alternative page that depends on the disputed record. A confirmed evidence correction creates a new hash, which invalidates the prior editorial match and removes affected pages from sitemap eligibility until review is complete.

Corrected drafts pass through the generator/editor correction loop and final human approval again. A vendor may clarify its own product facts, but requests to remove fair analysis or purchase favorable treatment are not accepted.

The private audit history retains the disputed evidence hash, reviewer decision, requested change, models used for automated review, and the resulting publication action. Material public-facing corrections are reflected in the page’s updated evidence and verification date.

For broken or unsafe outbound links, privacy concerns, or material pricing errors, state that the request is urgent in the subject line so it can be prioritized.
